IPS personnel were responsible for the specification and development of a comprehensive Watershed Protection Information Management System to assist the Stormwater Management Division in its newly founded inspection program maintained details of all in-field and subsequent enforcement activities.

- Review of business processes of all existing and proposed practices.
- Integration of a Laboratory Information Management System for sample tracking, a Geographic Information System for location assistance, and a Pretreatment Information Management System for a record of all industries in the community.
