Information Systems Project and Client Relationship Manager

Inflection Point Solutions provides IT consulting services, packaged software implementation, and our own industrial pretreatment information management system to water and wastewater utilities. Information Systems Implementation and Support
Inflection Point Solutions is looking for a Project and Client Relationship Manager to manage information systems projects, grow client relationships, gather and document requirements, and communicate client needs to our Application Development Team (ADT). This position will also serve as a relationship manager for designated clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing delivery of software products and similar duties in development of custom software. Responsibilities include writing and/or reviewing requirement documents, implementing and tracking development timelines, working with development and product leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating with company management.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems; (high school diploma or equivalent and up to 4 years’ IT-related work experience can be substituted for some of the educational requirement); five or more years’ of information systems implementation; management, supervisory or team leader experience; effective communication (verbal and written), efficient, organized, detail oriented, problem solver; demonstrated organizational, and human relations skills; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications:Senior Client Consulting experience in developing Information Management Systems and/or environmental databases; understanding of development languages and databases; experience delivering information systems in the water and/or wastewater utility arena; ability to work well and manage issues to positive resolution with diverse client personnel, manage client and company expectations; promote the company’s positive image and secure additional project work with the client.
Candidates with experience working with the EPA 40CFR, 403 regulations (industrial pretreatment) are strongly encouraged to apply.
