Inflection Point Solutions Names Executive to Lead Growing Company
Inflection Point Solutions (IPS) announces the promotion of Sam Catoe to Vice President, responsible for the overall management of the growing information technology consulting and packaged software implementation company.
Catoe has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, accounting, finance, and project management. His expertise includes information management consulting, budget development and monitoring, financial statement management, and auditing and compliance.
“In his new role, Sam will facilitate the continued growth of the company, manage our existing and future solution offerings, and ensure resources are available to meet our expanding client base,” said Mark Grosskopf, President, IPS. “Sam’s financial background and project management expertise, combined with his operational knowledge, makes him the ideal selection for this position.”
Catoe initially moved from IPS’ sister company, New Resources Consulting, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, Catoe leads the consolidation of the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation’s billing system operations and the implementation of IPS’ Pretreatment Information Management System product for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.
In addition to serving utilities across the country, Catoe has led projects within the manufacturing and healthcare industries.
