Members of Inflection Point Solutions Project Management Team Receive PMI Certification
All Inflection Point Solutions Project Managers to become PMI certified.
Members of the Inflection Point Solutions Project Management staff have achieved Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI is the world’s leading professional association providing training, certification and information that individuals need to successfully manage projects. All IPS Project Managers are on target to receive their certification within the next twelve months.
The PMP certification was initiated by PMI in 1984 to recognize an individual’s demonstrated understanding of the knowledge and skills to lead and direct project teams and to deliver results within the constraints of schedule, budget, and resources.
Individuals receiving the PMP certification must be responsible for all aspects of the project for the life of the project; lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget, and scope; and demonstrate knowledge and experience to appropriately apply a methodology to projects that have reasonably well-defined project requirements and deliverables. To be eligible for the PMP credential, you must meet certain educational and professional experience.
