Inflection Point Solutions to Provide Organizational Strengthening Services for Littleton-Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant
Inflection Point Solutions to provide Performance Assessment for Maintenance Division.
Inflection Point Solutions (IPS) has received a contract with the Littleton-Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant (LEWWTP) to provide an assessment of its Maintenance Division.
IPS was initially hired in late 2007 to perform a performance assessment of the LEWWTP’s Operations Division in preparation of an upcoming plant expansion. During that project, it was determined that LEWWTP Maintenance Division could implement similar performance improvement programs to further enhance the overall effectiveness of the plant.
The project addresses improved use of the LEWWTP’s new Computerized Maintenance Management program; the need for objective personnel evaluations; establishment of performance standards in alignment with pay-for-performance; and enhancement of communication of plant objectives amongst maintenance staff and supervisors.
IPS will conduct Maintenance Leadership Workshops to address communication, leadership, and organizational challenges; perform an audit of the Maintenance Division to establish performance metrics; and develop objective evaluation support forms.
“We respect and admire the LEWWTP for their continuous desire to improve,” said Ken Ward, Project Manager. “LEWWTP has made the commitment to carry on performance advancement throughout their organization.”
