Inflection Point Solutions to provide recommendation for current and future IT staffing.
Inflection Point Solutions (IPS) has been selected to provide an evaluation and recommendation of IT resource assignments and reporting structures for the Department of Utility Services (DUS) in Henderson, Nevada.
The project will include a combination of questionnaires and individual interviews with DUS IT staff to identify and document each system, support area and administrative function. The information gathered will be compiled and tabulated into a consolidated responsibility and skills matrix and analyzed to identify current gaps in service. Once completed, IPS personnel will meet with DUS management to confirm and update the findings based on any recent changes in the City’s strategic plan.
The project will result in a recommendation for current and future DUS IT staffing, including potential changes to existing responsibilities and staff lines of reporting
