Inflection Point Solutions Awarded Laboratory Operations Project for the City of Yuba, California
Inflection Point Solutions to provide review and evaluation of the City’s Laboratory operations and fee schedules.
Inflection Point Solutions (IPS), in association with Raftelis Financial Consultants, has been selected to provide Yuba City (City) with a review and evaluation of the City’s Laboratory operations and fee schedules.
The comprehensive project includes a review of existing laboratory operations, recommendations for updated fees, suggestions for increased efficiencies, and identification of opportunities for additional City revenue.
IPS will utilize their exclusive People, Process, Technology (PPT) positioning methodology to gather data to better understand, and clarify issues, both current and future, that are relevant to the laboratory and industrial pretreatment programs. Based on the information collected, the IPS Team will propose a laboratory fee structure that ensures full cost recovery of the City to provide services, offers profit potential, and identifies opportunities for additional revenue.
