The new software will replace the Bureau’s Wastewater Information System and Analytical Research Database (WISARD).
Inflection Point Solutions (IPS) has been selected to develop a software product that will replace the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Sanitation (Bureau)’s mission-critical WISARD database and reporting application.
In addition to the software development elements of the project, IPS personnel will also assist the Bureau in such activities as change control, change management and end user adoption of the new system.
